The Dentist

Sayler and Gracie went to the dentist on Tuesday. I was thinking it was going to be like last time screaming and not being able to clean their teeth... blah, blah , blah. Well not this time, they had a TV for them mounted on the ceiling, already on the cartoon network , tom and Jerry- one of sayler and Gracie's favorites! sayler was up first, the did the x-rays, and it was so funny because she kept pushing it out with her tongue. We finally got them , and they were so cute and tiny on the film! she chose cherry toothpaste and laughed and giggled while they cleaned her teeth. Then it was Gracie's turn- and I was a little nervous, but she was so good! she chose bubble gum toothpaste and giggled her Gracie giggle the whole time. Then the dentist came in and I was crossing my fingers. He was so good. he asked if he could count their teeth, and they said yes. so when he got to 20- he said NO CAVITIES-YAY! Then Sayler got her teeth "counted" and he got to 20 and said---- NO CAVITIES--YAY! I was so happy! They chose of course, Dora and Diego toothbrushes.

Happy Valentines Day!!

This valentines day was so fun. We started off by giving the girls their treats. Then we had heart shaped french toast. Then just relaxed for a while, and for dinner,
Ryan had a great Idea- Fondue!! So we had cheese and chocolate fondue.
I liked the cinnamon bears with the chocolate the best!

as you can see, we all loved it.

Then came the greatest of all, Ryans mom offered to take the girls over
night, because she didn't have to work for presidents day.
And she had a little valentines party monday anyway.
So Ryan and I went to The Grand America Hotel!! It was so fancy.
There was a phone in the bathroom- very convienient.
It had lots of marble. Ryan loved the tub.

the bed.
we went to go eat and left the room how it was,
and when we came back, the maid had taken off all the blue
bedding and had lain our fancy robes on our bed and tucked
in the sheets so tight I could barely undo it. Our tv was on ,
with nature sounds and scenic views to match the sounds-
Ryan almost didn't notice that our room was different-
I noticed as soon as I walked in.
Ryan got hungry about 10:00 and we had already eaten,
so he wen't over to the bar and opened a can of cashews- $6.00!
Hope everyone had a great valentines Day!

the living room-?
Our room was the same sq. footage as
the house he grewup in until he was 10!!

Happy Birthday Ryan

Since Ryan hates cards and birthday parties... I decided to decorate our blog!
Happy 31st Birthday Babe!
He doesn't ever like my presants , so the girls are going to do something for him.
I surprised him last year and invited all his friends and our family, I got black
balloons, napkins, cutlary, and an over the hill cake.
This year he is being a brat and doesn't want anything. Except to go to
game night , ( or as I refer to it- Gay night).
So here are some pictures of the old man! just kidding babe!
Love you.
Here are some pictures of Ryan, the birthday grump.

The Circus!

We had so much fun at the circus!!
first everyone was late and I had to save like 16 seats with mostly my scarff!
Then, everyone got there ,except my sister Heidi and her hubby Casey. She finally called and I asked my sister Heather where her ticket was - we got buy one get one free- and she said she thought she had enough- so she sat them down. so I went outside to look and they were gone! So I was trying to explain to my sister what happened when a lady in front of her said I have up to 3 adults free and it was just her and a little boy. So they got in free! Before it started they were giving elephant rides, pony rides and had face painting. Last year I did all of it with both girls for like 20 dollars for all of it. This year it was 6 dollars for the pony, 6 dollars for face painting and 12 dollars for the elephant! so we didn't get to do anything. My sister went down and took her oldest to get her face painted, and Gracie was orney because she fell asleep in the car. My favorite uncle Mike is in town visiting for a funeral, and he took her down to ride the ponies! He is so sweet! Thanks uncle Mike! Sayler woke up with a fever so she didn't get to go. There were the cutest animals, terrific stunt people and a funny fake magician.
Gracie riding the pony- she named it heartie -that is what she names everything!
