The smith family reunion

This year we went to Heise Hot Springs. We had a lot of fun during the day, as you can see. We had fun activities, games, and lots of visiting with family. Ryans dad brought a cool water slide for the kids and they were entertained for hours and hours on that thing. We also got to see a darling baby. Ryans cousin Vanessa just had a baby girl named Sylvie and she was so cute.
There were also cute little poodle puppies. During the night was a different story to all the fun- We froze our butts off in the tent, we were right by the road and the cars were going way to fast. There was also the snoring of "Mikki the bear" I say that because I couldn't believe that she could snore like that! wowie! The next night I go to get in the tent for bed and Gracie started whining, and then all of a sudden threw up! So I get her cleaned up and drag everything out and rinsed off, And she did it again, but this time just on some towels and pajamas. Get it cleaned up and lay down and in the middle of the night she threw up again 2 times. I just chucked everything out of the tent washed her face and layed her down. Then I start smelling poop. I checked her and she woke up and said she needed to go potty- so I truck her down and notice she did go in her pants. UGH! so I threw out a total of 3 undies because she kept sharting her pants. Good thing I brought extra! The fire works were great though. The kids slept the whole 3 hours home, which they never sleep in the car!

Cute pictures! We felt sad we missed out this year... I feel bad that your little girl was so sick. That's rough especially when you're camping. Erin said she had fun visiting with your little family :) Hopefully we'll be there next year.

if it makes you feel better, barrett threw up all over me and the baby last week in the middle of a restaurant. yum.

Well, I guess you've learned your lesson...next time you won't park your tent right on top of ours. :)
